Our organic sitz bath blend is perfect for postpartum care. This blend of herbs, flowers, and salts supports natural healing by increasing blood flow to the perineum and vulva.

It soothes tender tissues (safe with stitches!), reduces inflammation and bleeding, eases achy muscles, and helps heal hemorrhoids. Plus, it’s a lovely way to pamper yourself after childbirth.

Uses:

• Sitz bath
• Compress/padsicle
• Bath soak
• Peri-rinse
• Foot soak
• Facial steam

How to Use: Boil 1 quart of water. Remove from heat and add 4 tablespoons of the sitz blend. Steep covered for 30 minutes, then strain. Pour the liquid into your sitz bath basin and soak for 15-20 minutes.
