AMMAzing Friday - Satya is Contemplating, Doing, Buying, Tasting & Trying

1/  LIVE YOUR WAY INTO THE ANSWERS
I am loving and actively trying to live this quote from Letters to a Young Poet (Rainer Maria Rilke)
I beg you, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.

2/ A WHOLE BODY APPROACH TO WELLNESS

I joined Parsley last year and they have changed the way I approach my health. They take information from science and holistic medicine for a whole body approach to wellness. What do I love most? It's remote (I can go in for a visit if I choose); each appointment is 60+ minutes, so we go deeeeep - I've never had a doctor/patient relationship like this before-I love it.

3/ SOCKS THAT GLITTER BUT DON'T ITCH

Anyone who knows me knows I am a sock fanatic. I will travel far for a comfortable, beautiful pair of socks. I love the Tabio boutique (Japanese brand) in Paris, and stock up on their socks whenever I can. Luckily, you no longer have to travel to Paris for these beauties...Tabio now ships to the US!

4/ GULP. I AM GLUTEN FREE

Long story short (and with the help of my Parsley Health team), I am working on decreasing inflammation and keeping my auto immune disease at bay - adios gluten 😭
I LOVE myself a warm gooey cookie... Sweet Loren's is my favorite bake-at-home-cookie, is gluten free, and D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S!

5/ FOR CONSCIOUS EXPLORERS

My husband and I have been revisiting Ram Dass's teachings and found this beginner's manual "for conscious explorers."

"Realizing that there is an awakening possibility we start the journey that we have been on for lifetimes. What else is there to do than work to wake up and become free.” – Ram Dass
